Students transfer into UW in a variety of different ways. While there are not many scholarships exclusively for transfer students (and no one else), transfer students can and should be searching for scholarships widely based on other factors, including but not limited to:

• areas of study
• professional interests
• identities
• communities
• projects
• near and longer-term goals.

The examples below include scholarships that are exclusively for Washington community college transfer students coming into UW, and scholarships that are not so specific but provide some additional nomination opportunities hoping to engage transfer students in their programs.

Please remember: 

• Transfer students can and should be looking at all scholarships, not just these few examples that have opportunities specifically aimed at transfer students.
